Heritage Log Cabin Addition

A heritage cabin on cherished land, ready for its next chapter.
This retired couple saw more than just a house when they purchased this log cabin in Priceville. Set on meaningful land, it held the promise of family gatherings, quiet mornings, and lasting memories. We were brought in from the beginning to design and build an addition that honoured the original craftsmanship while adding comfort, reducing upkeep, and creating space to welcome the next generation. It’s a home built to last in both structure and story.
Erin House Renovation

She had owned a weekend home before, but this one needed to feel like hers.
When our client purchased this house in Erin, she brought us in right away to help make it her own. From a fully redesigned Thomasville kitchen to new trim, doors, and windows, the entire home was reimagined with her taste in mind. The result is a warm, functional space crafted with precision, quality materials, and quiet elegance, turning a simple house into her personal retreat.
Eco Log Home
Berkeley - Chatsworth, Ontario
Built for the long haul, one step at a time. This timber home project was rooted in sustainable design and self-built ambition. After completing the foundation and initial framing, the homeowner brought us in to finish the critical phase of roof construction. We framed in dormers, installed layered insulation, and prepared the structure for its steel roof, ensuring the home could be sealed in, weather-tight, and ready for whatever pace the build required. Our role: help bring vision to structure with lasting craftsmanship and energy-smart solutions.
Farm House Renovation
Priceville - West Grey, Ontario
Set in the heart of Priceville, this red brick farmhouse held the charm of yesterday, but needed new life for tomorrow. We rebuilt it from the foundation up: new footings, raised ceilings, modern framing, and carefully married-in rafters to welcome proper insulation and airflow. Every system was upgraded, from high-efficiency HVAC with HEPA and HRV to fresh plumbing, windows, and a new roofline. Finished in primed drywall, the home now stands sealed, strong, and ready. What began as a worn structure became a canvas for new memories, a legacy home made ready for the next chapter.
